If you email us, your address, message and attachments are received to handle your request. Send only necessary information and no unsolicited identity documents. The mailbox is accessed through cPanel; this does not by itself identify the complete receiving, forwarding or storage chain.
Website and service providers
This WordPress website is hosted by Bluehost. Hosting and site services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security logs to operate and protect the site. We have not established a single maximum retention period covering all provider logs.
The site uses Bluehost tools and WordPress plugins including Jetpack, MonsterInsights, OptinMonster, WPForms Lite, Yoast SEO and The Icon Block. An installed plugin does not necessarily mean its optional service is connected. Jetpack Newsletter is inactive and requires an account connection. We do not offer a newsletter or public comments at launch. We have not completed a comprehensive cookie or external-resource audit and do not claim the site is cookie-free. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ own practices.
Retention and recovery
Our adopted business policy is to retain closed inquiries for 12 months, review historical comment or subscriber records before any deletion, and maintain four weekly verified backups going forward. These are business choices, subject to necessary legal or business holds. Automated deletion and recurring backup controls have not been implemented; the policy should not be read as a guarantee that every copy is removed on a fixed date.
An initial private files-and-database backup has passed integrity checks. It was captured separately rather than as an atomic snapshot, and a full restore has not been tested.
Request handling
Trevor Shand is the final reviewer for privacy requests. Assistant-prepared responses require his approval. Requests are not automatically fulfilled; clarification or proportionate verification may be needed.
